NOTE:  A minimum of five (5) years Apprenticeship and on the job training is required to become a Journeyman Roofer or Waterproofer. Documented proof may be required by the Examining Board and affiliated employers. False statements of any kind on this application may result in void of membership and entry into apprenticeship program or reduction of wages.
